2025 Music Tribute Night
Every year, there are a few events that really capture the heart of our community, and the 2025 Music Tribute Night was one of them.
Held in front of an audience of 300 people, families, friends, and staff, the evening was a celebration of creativity, teamwork and, above all, the joy of music. Our talented Years 7 – 11 Music students took to the stage to perform classic rock and pop hits, paying tribute to the legends who have defined generations, and they absolutely delivered.
Talent Meets Grit
Preparing for a performance like this takes weeks of dedication. Behind each song was a story of early morning rehearsals, nerves, trial and error, and moments of real magic when it all came together.
What stood out was the high standard across all Year groups – from the Year 7s performing for the very first time to the seasoned efforts of the older students.
The creativity in the arrangements and the energy on stage was infectious. From incredible vocals, gifted instrumentalists and tight teamwork, each class brought their own flair to the music, and the audience could not help but be totally engaged in the performance singing along with every chorus.
Coming Together
Events like this are about building community and there is nothing quite like seeing proud parents, cheering classmates, and supportive staff all coming together for one purpose: to celebrate our students and the joy that music brings.
For the girls, it is also a reminder of what they are capable of. The skills developed in the lead-up, teamwork, confidence, perseverance, and creative thinking, go far beyond the stage. These are the attributes that will serve them well in life, no matter where they go next.

A Shout-Out to the Music Department
Of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible Music staff, who bring passion, patience and vision to every class. Tribute Night is a big undertaking, and it is clear how much heart goes into every detail.
To our performers: Thank you for your courage, your commitment and your spark.
You truly made the 2025 Music Tribute Night one to remember.
