Athletics Finishes Off the JIGSSA Calendar

The Years 5 and 6 JIGSSA Athletics Carnival held this week, rounded out the JIGSSA sporting calendar for 2020.
The Santa Maria students came prepared to participate and compete strongly. The JIGSSA Carnival provides opportunity for all students to be involved through participation and competition. It’s a fantastic atmosphere, with a number of events occurring on the day.
We had some very dominant performances on both the track and field. In particular, the Year 5 cohort are to be congratulated on winning the Athletics Pennant!
