BEING MINDFUL

A mindfulness app for the whole family is SMILING MIND.
Mindfulness can reduce worries, anxiety and distress, increase energy levels, create a sense of calm, help to relax and regulate emotions, enhance awareness and creativity, improve concentration and increase productivity, develop a sense of empathy and connectedness and help you to enjoy a better night’s sleep. Here is the link to Smiling Mind.

LEARNING OUTSIDE OF THE CLASSROOM
This link has many great resources for learning opportunities outside of the classroom. We would love to hear which resources were really engaging and fun.

OVER THE HOLIDAYS
