PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE TEND TO STAY
Santa Maria College is a Catholic school in the Mercy tradition, located in Attadale on the banks of the Swan River. We educate young women from Year 5 to Year 12, and we have been doing it since 1938.
Our staff community includes people who have been here for 50 years, 43 years, 20 years. We also have teachers who were once students here and chose to come back. That pattern is not coincidental. It reflects something real about what it is like to work in this place.
WORK THAT CONNECTS TO SOMETHING THAT MATTERS
In our most recent staff survey, 86% of staff said they would recommend Santa Maria College as a great place to work. Not a single person rated it below 5. The reasons they give are consistent: the colleagues, the students, the campus, and the sense that the work here connects to something that matters.
