Catering Team Donates Meals To Help The Needy
Continuing our relationship with the Ruah Centre in Northbridge, the Santa Maria catering team generously donated over 200 ready-made meals to the Centre this week. These meals went to women and children in need, who are escaping family and/or domestic violence at two womenu2019s refuges.
Holly Wells, Family Services Manager at Ruah, said u201cAs a community services organisation, Ruah is so thankful for these donations. For our clients, donations like this mean they can have hot meals, which are easily accessible (from the freezer), nutritious and pre-prepared.u00a0 This is especially beneficial for clients when they first enter our refuges as they often arrive with nothing. I am really excited about the difference this will make to our clientsu2019 lives.u201d
