Congratulations Roberta!

Algae of Australia funded by the Australian government. Roberta is a marine biologist working one day a week on calcified red seaweed. These seaweeds are the glue that keep our coral reefs together. Â They are highly susceptible to climate change and thus a great indicator of the health of the coral reefs.
Roberta has been working on the research for this series for ten years but has been studying these seaweeds since 1969. What an amazing commitment!
