Art Day was celebrated this week, with loads of colour and fun art activities! Year 12 Art students ran the events and did so in style – dressed up as their favourite artist or art topic. There was Andy Warhol, Caravaggio and several Frida Kahol’s to name a few!

The weather was wild outside, so the Mercy Gallery was busy with activities, including the Art Sneaker competition, giant ‘Insta’ frame selfies, pin the feature on the artist and twin blind contour drawing. Art Day is run to celebrate and promote creativity, and to engage students in fun activities that prompt new ways of thinking.
