Fresh From the Farm: Produce from Home

Last Friday, for the very first time, the boarders held their own ‘Fresh from the Farm’ stall at the Mercy Day celebrations. The girls, with a little bit of help from home, sold bunches of wildflowers, honey, lemon butter, chutney, eggs, fruit, beef and gravy rolls, body scrubs and face masks.  The stall was a huge hit with many items selling out.

Over $23,000 was raised on Mercy Day through a wide range of activities. Alongside the Fresh From the Farm stall, each Homeroom held stalls or hosted activities aimed to raise funds. The funds raised will go towards the work that Mercy Sister Denise Coghlin does in Cambodia.
