From the Principal – 21 July 2017

  • Most interstate and overseas tours or immersion activities are focused on Years 10, 11 and 12. Allocating the tours over more Year groups gives more choice and it spreads the financial implications for some families.
  • Students in Year 9 are now slightly older with the average age being 15 years.
  • Year 9 is now part of our Senior School structure and having something special happening in their year acknowledges this change.

    • The College conducts a number of tours and immersion activities and you can view the Santa Maira College Tour and Immersion document on SEQTA in the Documents section.

    Finally, congratulations to everyone on the commencement of the second semester.
