From the Principal – The Value of Creativity

“Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions.” Linda Naiman

Research shows that all people are creative. In fact, creativity is one of the most important characteristics of being human.

The world is changing so rapidly now that just learning a specific skill set won’t make us successful.  What prepares students for life beyond the classroom is learning how to be more creative and thinking differently so creativity is an essential skill for life beyond school.
