In boarding, we endeavour to care for your daughter’s wellbeing along with their academic care. As the pressures of schoolwork grow, so does the conflict in academics and wellbeing. As a community, we are continually educating the boarders in using their study time smartly and efficiently, while maintaining their own personal wellbeing. This includes being involved in fitness activities, having some downtime each day, eating well-balanced meals and getting at least nine hours of sleep per night.
