Introducing our OGA Committee – Tanya Ramakrishnan (1991)

Tanya Ramakrishnan is our newest member of the OGA committee. She is delighted to be a part of the committee and to have reconnected with the College.
What were your fondest memories of your time at Santa Maria College?
I absolutely loved my time at Santa Maria College, having started school at Mel Maria in Year 6. At the College, I was a member of the school orchestra (violin), and have many wonderful memories of many school performances.Â

What has been your journey since leaving school?
Since graduating in 1991, I studied Science and Music at UWA and the University of Tasmania. I am currently a teacher working for the Department of Education, IMSS (Instrumental Music School Services).Â
