Year 9 Japanese Cooking Demonstration

There was not a whisper as the hungry parents and students sat together to savour the results of their very ‘oishi’ (delicious) handmade ramen and sushi at the Year 9 Japanese Cooking Demonstration.
The demo was very ably led by Chef David Weightman. It was an evening of learning and sharing, and chatting and experimenting.
Thank you to the parents and students who supported the event, including one boarding family. We are also grateful for being able to use of the College kitchen for the evening.
