Meet the 2022 Student Executive

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to our 2022 Student Executive.

Head Girl: Elouise Parsons
Deputy Head Girl: Alicia Tory
Head Boarder: Sarah Currell
Deputy Head Girl: Bronnie Goss

We asked the girls what they hope to bring to their new roles.

Head Girl: Elouise Parsons

As Head Girl for 2022, I hope to bring the Boarding and country spirit to Santa Maria College. Growing up in a small country town and living in the Boarding community for the last five years has shown me the importance of kindness and compassion, and when working in a team, you can achieve greater things together. I am passionate about empowering young women and ensuring that when our girls leave Santa Maria, they are strong, independent ladies ready to make a difference in our society. I am delighted to be Head Girl for 2022, and I’m ready to contribute to our community positively.

Deputy Head Girl: Alicia Tory

As Deputy Head Girl, I hope to continue the empowerment, kindness, and respect shown in the College. I strongly believe in promoting respect between each other and different year groups at the College, as this creates a special camaraderie and a cohesive community. I hope that doing this will create a positive and happy school environment where girls can thrive in whatever they want to achieve, whether a sport, the arts, or academics, bringing out the best in every girl. I wish to encourage and promote participation within the College community and fully immerse girls in school activities. This will allow students to make friendships with older girls and girls they don’t know and open up a new opportunity to something they enjoy.

Head Boarder: Sarah Currell

I hope to be a friend. I want to be someone the girls can come to about anything, whether it be about school or boarding. I want them to feel comfortable around me and trust that I have their backs and will stand up for them and what they want to see. I want to help guide our community through this next year, hopefully making even more friendships. I also want to be a voice for each girl, to help make boarding more like a home away from home.

Deputy Head Boarder: Bronnie Goss

I hope to create a more caring and comfortable community. By making the community more relaxed, allows younger and older girls to have more of a relationship. I want to help continue boarding’s positive and welcoming nature for every new or old girl in the community.

Congratulations, Girls!
