7 Tips For Exam Preparation
Year 10 exams are just around the corner and with that comes the usual stresses. Today during Pastoral Care Time, Homeroom Teachers discussed strategies with the girls that they can use while preparing for exams to help them be calm and organised.
Homeroom Teachers shared tips with the girls on the importance of sleep, eating well, having a good balance between study and rest, and ensuring they continue to exercise. As part of this session, the girls were invited to make and share a cup of tea with each other, another useful relaxation tool, and create music playlists on Spotify to assist them to remain calm and focused during exam time.
Below are a few tips shared with the girls:
- Find Balance
- Take 5 and Breathe
- Rest – A little extra rest can be helpful
- Try something new
- Nourish your body with good food
- Relax and unwind – Enjoy a cuppa
- De-clutter your space, de-clutter your mind
