As part of our Year 10 Outdoor Education program, students have the opportunity to gain their Bronze Medallion. The Bronze Medallion is a pool rescue qualification, and students who successfully complete all theory and practical components are then awarded the Bronze Star.

Our three Outdoor Education teachers are all Community Aquatic Trainers through The Royal Life Saving Society WA, allowing them to implement the course in lesson time throughout Term 4.

The students have loved learning many skills in aquatic rescue and resuscitation. It fantastic to know that these girls will be able to educate others and use their skills within the community.
