Sisterhood Networking Series – An Evening with Sandra Boyle
We recently had the pleasure of hosting our latest Sisterhood Networking Session, featuring the remarkable Sandra Boyle (Turner, 1968) as our honorary guest speaker.
Sandra, a trailblazer in the field of mediation and negotiation, shared her inspiring journey with our alumni. From being one of only thirteen women in a law cohort of two hundred men to transforming the practice of law in Australia, Sandra’s story is one of resilience, empathy, and leadership.
During the session, Sandra recounted her experiences of establishing and running a law firm in a regional town and the essential skills required for successful mediation. Her contributions to the field have been recognised nationwide, earning her the Australian Commercial Mediator of the Year in 2018 and the Antoinette Kennedy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
It was an evening filled with inspiration, camaraderie, and invaluable insights. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this memorable event and for making it a night of meaningful connection!
A special thank you to Sandra for sharing her story with us!
