Students in WA Debating League Competition

Congratulations to Genevieve Reid (Year 10), Elizabeth Mckenzie (Year 11), Jemima Reid (Year 11), Talia O’Brien (Year 10), Gabriela Larsen (Year 10) and Isi Ogwu (Year 10) who competed in the Western Australian Debating League BP Competition held at Shenton College last Sunday.
The girls competed in three impromptu debates over the course of the day. They stepped up against state debaters and strong schools like Christchurch and Perth Modern School. The girls ranked either 3rd or 2nd in each debate, which is a stellar job!
