The Year 9 Marine Science class are visiting Penguin Island today, part of the Shoalwater Marine Park. The girls will attend an interactive penguin feeding session and enjoy a cruise of the area where they can view local wildlife such as dolphins and sea lions.

The girls will be participating in a guided walking tour of the island and have the opportunity to survey human impact on the marine environment at various locations around the island. They will also have the opportunity to swim at one of Penguin Island’s beaches under the supervision of qualified staff members.
