Past Student Inspires Civics Education for Students
Civics education helps students understand how they can participate in Australian democracy beyond voting. Through the Vote Like program, developed by Santa Maria past student Monique Ziegelaar (Class of 2013), Year 10 students explored advocacy, public campaigns and parliamentary debate, building their confidence to discuss issues and influence change.
