Boarders Week: Boarders Week was a joyful celebration of identity, belonging and community spirit. Students proudly wore shirts representing their hometowns and yellow ribbons in their hair, while interviews with boarders offered meaningful insight into the unique journeys and backgrounds of our girls. The week also featured a student-led boarders assembly, showcasing leadership and initiative, before concluding with a spirited volleyball match between the boarders and day girls that brought the community together in friendly competition.
Year 5 & 6 Little Legends in Lab Coats: Our Year 5 and 6 students embraced their inner scientists through the exciting Little Legends in Lab Coats co-curricular program. Filled with hands-on experiments and opportunities for discovery, the sessions sparked curiosity and encouraged students to explore the wonders of science in a fun and engaging environment.
Year 6 Camp: Our Year 6 students enjoyed an action-packed adventure at Cahoots Adventure Camp in Bullsbrook, where they challenged themselves through a range of exciting outdoor activities. From low ropes and high ropes to archery and laser tag, the camp encouraged teamwork, resilience and confidence as students stepped outside their comfort zones and created lasting memories together.
Mother’s Day Liturgy and Morning Tea: Our College community gathered to celebrate the special women in our lives at the Mother’s Day Liturgy and Morning Tea. The beautiful liturgy provided a meaningful opportunity for reflection and gratitude, while the morning tea afterwards created a warm space for families, students and staff to connect and celebrate together. It was a wonderful reminder of the strength of community and the importance of faith and family within Santa Maria College.
