Withdrawal of Student

Thank you for advising us of your intention to withdraw your daughter. To confirm your withdrawal, we require you to complete and submit the following information.

    STUDENT WITHDRAWAL Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing to the Principal. Verbal notification is not considered due notice. DAY STUDENT: Due notice of the withdrawal of a Day student requires a full term’s notice in writing to the Principal. If due notice is not provided one third of the current annual tuition fee will be charged in lieu of notice. All remaining levies must be paid in full, regardless of when a student exits the College. BOARDING STUDENT: Boarding students are expected to remain as boarders for the full year. Due notice of a student’s withdrawal from the Boarding Community requires a full semester’s notice in writing to the Principal. If due notice is not provided, full annual boarding fees will be charged in lieu of notice. All remaining levies are to be paid in full, regardless of when a student exits the College.
