Year 7s Keeping Gratitude Journals
Penelope Hache with her new gratitude journal
As part of their Mercy Wellbeing Program, Year 7 students will be keeping their own gratitude journals to remind themselves of the ‘good’ they experience in everyday life.
Dean of Year 7, Tania Hicks said, “It’s a way for the girls to appreciate how the small things in everyday life may help them to see the silver linings during challenging times.”
Next term the Year 7s will continue with their journaling so they are able to build a bank of positive memories.
