Yoga and Pilates Classes Available to Boarders
Yoga and Pilates classes will commence next week for boarders. These will run on a Monday afternoon and a Wednesday morning. Final enrolments must be received as soon as possible. Girls can choose to attend both sessions or just one of the two options. These classes are being run by the professional staff from O2 Active.
During the summer months in Boarding, there aren’t quite as many opportunities for sporting involvement outside of school sport, with netball, hockey and volleyball seasons all finished. Adding weekly yoga and Pilates classes to the calendar is good for the girls’ wellbeing and we hope that as many as possible will join in with the classes.
