All gifts will go towards supporting our Endowment Fund which helps us invest for long-term success. Your wishes for how your donation should be utilised are of utmost importance, and we will do everything within our power to honour them. However, if anything changes over time where this is not viable anymore, rest assured that with input from you or those closest to you, we will make sure it is put towards something similarly important!

We encourage you to consult with a legal advisor and prioritise your family when creating your will. Furthermore, please discuss the contents of your will with them for their comfort and understanding. By including a gift to Santa Maria, you will continue Catherine McAuley’s legacy and create a meaningful impact for generations to come.

The following general wording can be used as the basis for a gift to the College in your will.

“I give and bequeath to Santa Maria College

to Santa Maria College and I direct that the receipt of the Principal of Santa Maria College and the Santa Maria College Foundation will be sufficient discharge to my Executor/Trustee.”

Join The McAuley Society

Anyone who makes a gift in their will to Santa Maria College is eligible to be a member of The McAuley Society and gain exclusive access to unique and special events and privileges. This is a means for us to thank you during your lifetime for your generous  investment in the future of Santa Maria College. 

We also respect the privacy of those that wish to remain anonymous. 

There is no minimum gift to become a member of the McAuley Society, simply inform us that you have named Santa Maria College Foundation as the beneficiary of a bequest in your will.
