Buswest Private Buses

Santa Maria offers four private bus services operated by Buswest/ATG to transport Santa Maria students to and from school each day.
Ticketing Information for Private Bus Service
Santa Maria College and BusWest/ATG have partnered with Transportme™ to provide a user-friendly app-based ticketing system, which allows you to add funds to your Smartrider, check bus routes, track buses in real-time and receive notifications regarding delays or other issues. Students use their Santa Maria Smartrider cards to tap on and off the bus, and the fare ($2.50) is deducted from their Transportme account. You can add funds to your account quickly and easily by setting up an auto top-up.
