From the President: June 2023
Welcome to the June edition of the OGA Blog.
First, I’d like to give you an update on our committee following the recent Biennial General Meeting.
I will be continuing as President. Tanya Ramakrishnan (1991) will step into the Vice President role. Gwen Wood (Berrigan, 1963) will continue as Treasurer.
Our committee members are:
- Micaela Haddrill (Grandison, 1999)
- Mary Bairstow (Heavens, 1974)
- Alison Auld (Chaffer, 1996)
- Linda Humphreys (Stevenson, 1973)
Thank you to the OGA Committee for all their support, and I look forward to continuing our work alongside the College.
Our Melbourne-based alumni recently had the opportunity to gather for a special reunion hosted by College Principal Jennifer Oaten and Foundations & Alumni Officer Elizabeth Houwert (both former students themselves). It looked like a wonderful evening. You can read more about it here.
We are looking forward to hosting an OGA Movie Night in July. Please keep an eye out for details coming soon. It will be a great opportunity for alumni across all year groups to catch up.
Until next time.
