Sisterhood Networking Series Launches with Nicole Lockwood

Our inaugural Sisterhood Networking Series was launched recently. The College proudly hosted this landmark event in the State Buildings in the heart of the Perth CBD.

The evening was marked by the presence of our esteemed guest speaker, Nicole Lockwood, a distinguished alumna and the visionary founder of Lockwood Advisory. With an intimate round circle setting, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and camaraderie as ten alumni gathered to reconnect and gain insights from Nicole’s inspiring journey.

Nicole’s address was enlightening. Drawing from her personal experiences, she eloquently shared the challenges and triumphs of balancing motherhood with a thriving career. Her message resonated deeply with our alumni, emphasising the importance of setting boundaries and nurturing support systems to achieve harmony in both professional and personal spheres.

Nicole’s wisdom extended beyond individual growth; she highlighted the power of listening and embracing diverse perspectives in fostering collaboration and effective leadership. Her words left a lasting impression, inspiring our alumni to strive for excellence in all aspects of their lives.

The evening was not just about professional development; it was also a celebration of the bonds of sisterhood forged at Santa Maria College. As alumni mingled and exchanged stories, it was evident that the spirit of sisterhood continues to thrive long after graduation.

As we reflect on this memorable evening, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Nicole Lockwood for her inspiring contribution and to the alumni who joined us for this special occasion. Your presence made the event truly unforgettable.

We are excited to announce that this is just the beginning of our Sisterhood Alumni Networking Series. We invite all members of the Santa Maria College community to join us for future sessions as we continue to foster connections, celebrate achievements, and empower one another.

Our next speaker will be Dr Lisa Sorger (Class of 1987). Lisa is the Chief Medical Officer at Integral Diagnostics. Space is limited to only 15 guests, so stay tuned for more information.
