Recreating Works of Art
While museums might be closed, the J Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles kept people engaged on social media by challenging their followers to recreate works of art.
Inspired by the challenge, Ari Flora, Visual Arts teacher, set the same challenge for Visual Arts staff and students.
They were asked to recreate famous historical artwork during their time at home.
There were some amazing interpretations created, using items and people from around their homes.

The average person’s attention span when using a digital device has plummeted from around two and a half minutes back in 2004 to just 47 seconds on average today – a dramatic 66% decrease over the past two decades.
