Callout for Recent Graduates to join our 2024 Sisterhood Series as a Guest Speaker!

Are you a recent graduate passionate about sharing your career journey and insights with the next generation of young women? We are currently seeking guest speakers for the final sessions of the Term 3 series, scheduled to be held in the last weeks of August to early September.

What is the Sisterhood Series?

The Sisterhood Series connects students from Years 10 to 12 with alumni across diverse career paths, offering insights and inspiration from those who have gone before them. The series aims to provide our students with firsthand knowledge of various careers and industries. The series runs during Terms 2 and 3 every Wednesday and is held in the Santa Maria College Boardroom.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking alumni who have left Santa Maria within the last 10 years and have studied and/or work in the following fields:

  • Real Estate/Property
  • Physiotherapy
  • Veterinary Science
  • Speech Pathology
  • Engineering
  • Radiography
  • Cosmetic Nursing
  • Police Officer
  • Primary School Teaching
  • Professional Athlete

What Is Involved?

As a guest speaker, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences, challenges, and successes with a small group of engaged students. The sessions are designed to be interactive and informative, helping students understand what working in your field is like.
