Seeds of Justice WA Conference 2019

Students from Aranmore Catholic College, St Brigid’s College and Santa Maria College gathered this week in Moore River for the annual Seeds of Justice Conference. They explored the issue of refugees to Australia.

Winter Sleep Out

The Young Vinnies Winter reflection evening, held on Friday 11 August, which recognises homelessness week, was an incredible night. Students from Years 10 -12 gathered to learn about what it means to be homeless and the realities of homelessness.

Outreach Day

Outreach Day marks the launch of our annual winter appeal, where the College focuses on fundraising and raising awareness of disadvantaged people in our local community, who are doing it tough during the cold winter months.

Homelessness – We Care

Jane Armstrong (Class of 1993) and her partner Sim run a non-profit group called Homelessness We Care – WA. Every Tuesday night you can find them on Wellington Street feeding the homeless and providing many necessary services. Jane and Sim have been actively running the group for approximately two years.
