Year 10 Foods: Grazing Boards

The Year 10 Foods students have displayed excellent food styling skills this week with the creation of modern grazing boards.

Teachers, Alexandra Brown and Meghan Franzinelli’s classes have been investigating and designing suitable recipes, which they have been busy making.

The task proved to be a huge success and students enjoyed having their beautiful grazing boards on display. Part of this task involved staff and students judging the grazing boards and picking a winner. The judges had a hard time choosing the winners!

A range of themes was presented, with fresh olive branches, candles, stylish boards, platters and much more!
